Last week I had a client consultation during which she started explaining how she likes being athletic and outdoorsy, but also likes playing with hair and makeup. She was almost apologetic when she said “I'm not like a tomboy, but … I don't know, I'm just weird that way I guess…” So I'm going to tell you what I told her.

There's been a lot of hub-bub lately around all the AI stuff popping up. For a while I was seeing everyone posting their AI artwork, myself included… and then it faded. I jumped into the AI artwork machine and had a blast splashing around. But there's only so much fun to be had when splashing around. I got bored.
Have you seen the movie Stranger Than Fiction?? If not, Will Farrell suddenly hears his life being narrated by Emma Thompson. Chaos ensues…
But, the great thing about it is that you can get the idea of your life being narrated. And I suggest you do the narrating!
It’s freakin' cold here!! But at least the snow makes it pretty, right?
When I was a teen, I got a fortune cookie that read:
If you have a difficult task, give it to a lazy person and they will find an easier way.
Time has flown by so fast (crazy, right!?). I know, we all say it and we keep saying it… more and more as we get older.
This week a friend asked a bunch of us to send another friend a note of encouragement. Along with the mailing address, she said to encourage with advising. That made me stop in my tracks. I realized that I don't know how to do that.
Did you also get taught that the way to get to the top - of whatever - is through perseverance and persistence and similar such words. I had messages ingrained that said things like “Don't stop pushing no matter what.” Don’t give up. Be Unstoppable.
